BACS/Instant Bank Transfer Payments

Clients who opt to pay by BACS/Standing Order or Instant Bank Transfer the funds need to be in the account on or before the morning that the clean commences. We will be unable to carry out the clean if funds are not paid (unless agreed by prior arrangement).

 

Cash Payments

Clients who choose to pay by Cash must leave ready on the day in an envelope or safe pre-arranged place.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Regular clients to give 2 weeks notice to cancel a regular cleaning contract.

 

Guaranteed Slots for Regular Clients

 

A regular slot can only be held for a maximum of 2 weeks, after which to guarantee your slot for the same time and day, you will be required to pay a £30 retainer fee per week until you resume normal cleaning services.

 

If this is not paid then we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer you your preferred time and day, but will do our very best to accommodate you.
